MSHA's Program Handbook PH92-V-6 sets forth guidelines and instructions for evaluating and processing mineventilation plans. Chapter 8 of this handbook, entitled "Guidance for Ventilation Plan Approval in Mines Where Diesel-powered Equipment is Operated" provides some good guidelines relative to 30 CFR Section 75.325 (f) and (g).
