Issues to Consider in Determining Compliance:

Are safety belts and lines provided to persons where there is a danger of falling?

»   Are safety belts being worn?

»   Is the assembly correctly worn?

»   Is a line attached to the safety belt and is it securely anchored?

»    Is the anchorage point adequate for the intended load?

»   Is a second person tending the line when a person enters bins, tanks, or other dangerous areas?
