The requestor must have requested an MSHA Individual Identification Number (MIIN) MSHA form 5000-46 prior to entering this site. Information will not be displayed for any individual that has not requested their MIIN; this system will request the answer to the security question you selected when requesting your MIIN number.
MSHA does not retain information on training received under 30CFR Part 48 or 30CFR Part 46; those records should be retained by the miner, instructor and the mine operator.
