The following products were approved or certified during August, 2007, and have been added to the Mine Safety and Health Administration's list of permissible equipment.
The following products were approved as having met Part 7, Title 30 CFR.

2. Vintex MD BClear 23 Brattice Cloth. Approval No. 07-BA070010-0, issued to Vintex, Inc., 1 Mount Forest Drive, Mount Forest, Ontario, Canada NOG 2L2, August 20, 2007.
3. Type "SJOOW" Power Cable. Approval No. 07-KA070018-0, issued to Coleman Cable Company, 1530 Shields Drive, Waukegan, Illinois 60085, August 30, 2007.
The following products were approved or certified as having met Part 18, Title 30 CFR.
1. Model 10/21K Shuttle Car assembled according to electrical layout HMSC-LO951. Approval No. 18-A070013-0, issued to Highland Machinery Corporation, c/o Saminco Electric Traction Drives, 413 Oakland Avenue, Grove City, Pennsylvania 16127, August 1, 2007.
2. Model 12P Personnel Carrier built according to Assembly Drawing 12P-MTAPPROVAL. Approval No. 18-A070015-0, issued to Highland Machinery Corporation, P.O. Box 1190, Oak Hill, West Virginia 25901, August 23, 2007.
3. SMJ-251312 Starter Enclosure Assembly. Certification No. 18-XPA070005-0, issued to SMJ Incorporated, P.O. Box 55034, 2384 Leland Avenue, Grand Junction, Colorado 81505, August 24, 2007.
The following products were accepted as having met the flame requirements of Part 18, Title 30 CFR, and the "Flame Resistant Solid Products Taken Into Mines" criteria.

The following product was approved as having met Part 23, Title 30 CFR.

The following product was approved as having met Part 35, Title 30 CFR.
