COAL MINE FATALITY - On Tuesday, March 07, 2000, a bulldozer operator received fatal injuries while pushing brush down a steep hillside with a John Deere Model 650 HLT bulldozer. The bulldozer flipped end-over-end, ejecting the victim from the operator's compartment.
