During transfer a solution splash contacted IP's left eye. First aid eye flushing was administered and IP was transported to medical facility for additional flushing. No permanent damage or impairment.

As the tube came up changing the angle releasing the slack, dropping the back side of the tube 1 foot causing a strain on the helper right shoulder

While loading items into the skid steer bucket with two plant employees, the injured miner lost EE's grip and dropped EE's end onto EEs finger, which resulted in a cut to EEs finger. The miner finished work on the dredge. At 10:10 pm the miner left the site to go to the hospital.

The pick that the employee was using to remove the O-ring slipped and punctured the thumb on the employees gloved Left hand. The puncture became infected, incisions were made in the thumb in order to clean the wound, the employee also has been receiving IV antibiotics.
