The employee's left hand struck the side railing of the chute on bin #3, impacting the lower left side of EE's left ring finger. On 03/16/26 a X-ray report indicated a closed displaced fracture of distal phalanx of left ring finger.

Once the upper bolts were removed from the HDPE pipe, the spool shifted, and the steel flange swung down, striking the left pinky finger, smashing and lacerating.
