The following product was approved as having met Part 7, Title 30 CFR.

The following product was approved as having met Part 18, Title 30 CFR.
1. Model ED, Alternating Current Continuous Miner. Approval No. 18-A060022-0, issued to Joy Mining Machinery, 120 Liberty Street, P.O. Box 791, Franklin, Pennsylvania 16323, July 24, 2006.
The following product was accepted as having met the Flame Resistant Solid Products Taken Into Mines.
1. "GORO Conveyor Impact Bar". Acceptance No. IC-238/0, issued to Shanghai GORO Conveyor System Components Co. Ltd., 2118 # Wuzhong Road, 201105 Shanghai, China, July 17, 2006.
Correction
The following product should have been listed in the "List of Approved Products, 06-09-A&CC".
1. Model BPRU Beltpack Proximity Receiver Unit. Approval No. 18-A060021-0, issued to Nautilus International Control & Engineering, Ltd., 6866 Russell Ave., Burnaby, BC, Canada V5J 4R9, June 30, 2006.
