MSHA FOIA Information

Current FOIAs

The Attorney General indicated in his March 19, 2009, memorandum on the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) that "agencies should readily and systematically post information online in advance of any public request." The Electronic Freedom of Information Act Amendments to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requires federal agencies to make records available on the Internet when: (1) the records have been disclosed in response to a FOIA request; and (2) the agency determines that the records have become or are likely to become the subject of subsequent request.

MSHA is providing the information listed below in compliance with the Attorney General's memo and E-FOIA Amendment.
