The following products were approved or certified during February 2004, and have been added to the Mine Safety and Health Administration's list of permissible equipment.

The following product was approved as having met Part 7, Title 30 CFR.

1. Catalog number 2575 Splice Kit. Approval No. 07-KA040004-0, issued to Plymouth Rubber Company, Inc., 104 Revere Street, Canton, Massachusetts 02021, February 12, 2004.

The following product was approved as having met Part 18, Title 30 CFR.

1. MSHA'S Permissible Battery-Powered Mine Rescue and Recovery Vehicle (Remotec ANDROS Wolverine Robot). Approval No. 18-A040002-0, issued to Mine Safety and Health Administration, Pittsburgh Safety and Health Technology Center, Cochrans Mill Road, P.O. Box 18233, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15236, February 25, 2004.

The following product was accepted as having met the Interim Fire Criteria Acceptance of Products Taken Into Underground Mines.

1. Compound No. 214 Hydraulic Hose Cover. Acceptance No. IC-126/12, issued to MANULI RUBBER INDUSTRIES spa, Zona Industriale Campolungo, 63100 Ascoli Piceno, Italy, February 27, 2004.

The following product was accepted as having met the requirements of the voluntary "Standard Application Procedure for Sealants Applied to Underground Ventilation Controls."

1. CASTONITE MM-NAR Mine Sealant. MSHA-S23/00, issued to Rohm and Haas Company, 100 Independence Mall West, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19106, February 23, 2004.

Corrections

The following product should have been listed in the "List of Approved Products, 04-04-A&CC".

1. Longwall Mining System. Approval No. 18-A040001-0, issued to RAG Emerald Resources, LP, 2071 Garards Fort Road, P.O. Box 871, Waynesburg, Pennsylvania 15370, January 31, 2004.

The following product should have been listed in the "List of Approved Products, 04-04-A&CC".

1. Type 30694 Enclosure Assembly. Approval No. 18-XPA040001-0, issued to Control Products, Inc., P.O. Box 77, Beckley, West Virginia 25801, January 21, 2004.
